New year, new goals, same RHWB spirit!
Let’s develop, connect, and create all over again in 2026!
Mental Health: Make it yours and your families top priority!
We at RHWB are about driving holistic health - Physical and mental. This year we will launch many initiatives to help support our community. If you have any ideas, please reach out with your suggestions to our Chief People Officer - Renuka Balaji (+1215-840-6165)
Here are the list of resources for you to help in that journey:
Check out RHWB's very own 'Mental Health Helpline'. A professional and also an RHWB runner is ready to listen and offer his guidance (Dr. Sumanth)
SAMAJ: They along with NAMI NJ has lots of in-person resources throughout the state and virtual resources that can be accessible to anyone
SAAFC: Based in Philly. They do a lot of community mental health awareness and education. They are also providers who can see clients, and would be willing to facilitate a sharing/healing space
Looking for a therapist?: Check out this great directory for finding good south asian therapists who can relate to you better and offer help. Psychology today lets you filter by language, type and insurance as well
The key to mental health is to know 'YOU ARE NOT ALONE! We are here to help'

Public Speaking Workshop: Come join us! (Jan 17, 2026 in NJ)
We are back with our 4th Edition of Public Speaking Workshop! This time back in NJ.
Focusing Fact: As part of RHWB Events, our 501(c)(3) non-profit sister organization, we offer value-added services to our community from time to time to raise funds for charitable causes. Your donations for these workshops help create a corpus to support community initiatives. To date, we have sponsored three projects under the tagline “Aspire, Perspire, Inspire.”
What is on offer? Our 4th edition is a full-day public speaking workshop facilitated by Coach Bala, Coach Ani, and others. Based on a world-class public speaking program, this workshop is a 10-hour immersion experience in a safe, non-judgmental environment to learn and practice this important skill.
We offer our time and expertise; we recommend a minimum $200 donation to the foundation for the workshop. (Full-day course includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks.) Come learn or further hone this skill, meet new friends, and have fun — all while supporting a noble cause! INCREDIBLE VALUE.
When?: Next Saturday, Jan 17th. I know this is only one week notice... but we all have come back from holiday travel etc. So I am hoping this is sufficient time
