RHWB S16: Season Kick Off Coach Meeting

Kick started S16 with coaches. Following key messages:

  • Safety and Security Focus going fwd

  • 2 Community groups - RHWB Overall (Pan Seasons), RHWB Coach Community (Current Season)

  • Only Small Council members are admin for RHWB Overall and all entries will be vetted with RHWB Connect. If the number is in the connect, we will accept, else we will reject

  • On the RHWB Coach Community, each of us as coaches hold responsibility to accept only their in season runners (+ few from past season you want to have for any special reason). Reject all other invites even if it is coming from current season runners but from a different coach cohort. (for instance someone coming from my cohort seeking access to another coach cohort group)

  • Upcoming Key Events this season: Public Speaking Workshop in NJ Aug, Rendezvous Retreat (Oct 2nd weekend), Mid Season Party to launch In pursuit movie, Dallas Coach Retreat Nov 1st weekend, Marathon Vacations Ch 3 at Florence, Italy (TG week)
