RHWB Pulse — Privacy Policy

RHWB Pulse ("the app") is provided by Runners High With Bala (RHWB) for RHWB runners and coaches. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Email address — used to sign you in (via a one-time code sent to your email) and to look up your role (runner, coach, or admin) in the RHWB system. We do not use it for marketing.

• Training and coaching data — the running activities, scores, coach comments, and season history already associated with your RHWB account are displayed in the app. This data comes from RHWB's existing systems (FinalSurge and RHWB's own records) — the app does not collect anything new beyond what you already share with your coach through those channels.

• Messages you send to Veer, the app's AI training assistant, so it can generate a response. These are sent to RHWB's backend and to Google's Vertex AI to produce the reply.
   

Information we do not collect

The app does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

How your information is used

Your email and role determine what data you can see in the app — runners see their own training data, coaches see the runners assigned to them. All data access is authorized by RHWB's backend on every request.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on RHWB's servers (Google Cloud Platform) and is protected by the same access controls used across RHWB's coaching platform. Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication.

Your choices

You can sign out of the app at any time from the Profile screen. To request that your data be corrected or removed, contact RHWB using the information below.

Children's privacy

RHWB Pulse is used by participants in RHWB's coaching programs, which include some children under 13 alongside adult runners and coaches. For any participant under 13, enrollment in the program — and the collection of the training and coaching data described above — happens only after a parent or guardian has registered the child and given consent as part of RHWB's enrollment process.

The app itself does not ask a child to create an account or enter information directly: sign-in and data are tied to the email address provided at enrollment, which is typically a parent's or guardian's.
