Key Points:
1. Plan your runs and work your plan. Esply long runs.
2. Cut out all diuretics like alcohol completely from now to Race Day
3. Hyper focus on hydration.. Daily 7 glasses with one Nuun Tablet if you can put in your bottle and sip.
4. Long Run Plan: Nutrition
Before Long Run 1 hr before. Have a decent carb meal (Bagel, cream cheese, Dosa etc)
