The Bridge Program is designed for runners who have just completed a season and want to maintain fitness, rhythm, and consistency before the next training cycle begins.
 

It’s your in-between-season training plan- simple, structured, and self-driven.

WHATS INCLUDED

  • 3 runs and 2-3 strength workouts per week

  • Daily run/walk miles range-

    •  5K: 2–3 miles

    • 10K: 3–5 miles

    • HM: 4–6 miles

    • FM: 4–9 miles

  • Keeps you active between RHWB seasons

  • Maintains fitness and prevents drop-off

  • Smooth transition into next training cycle

  • Fully self-driven (no active coaching feedback)

  • Registration window closes May 31st, 2026

  • Program starts the first Sunday after registration
