About This Program
This 7-week program is designed for runners who just completed their season and are looking to keep the rhythm on and be on a maintenance mode in between seasons. You can choose to enroll in either 5K or 10K or HM/FM plan (based on the distance you have completed recently or you wish to enroll the next season).
All plans include 3 runs and 3 strength workouts each week. On average, 5K plan runs range from 2–3 miles, 10K plan runs from 3–5 miles, and half/full marathon plans from 5–8 miles.
The program is designed in such a way that you continue to use the Final Surge platform, and follow through the training plan our coaches have designed for you.
It is a self-driven training program based on recommended run workouts. There will be NO active monitoring from Coach.
The program starts on the first Sunday following the registration date
