I was never an athlete or a runner before. Inspired by my husband, I once attempted to train for a 5K on my own. During the COVID years, I decided to take a more structured approach and joined RHWB in Season 4—and that decision changed everything.

Inspired by his own experience, Raj became a coach to pay it forward and help others achieve their running goals. His coaching philosophy is built on: 1. Personalized training plans tailored to each runner's unique needs 2. Continuous feedback and encouragement to keep you motivated
3. A supportive, inclusive approach that welcomes runners of all levels

As a coach and active runner, Raj has completed multiple full and half marathons. He brings this firsthand experience to his coaching, along with insights from his other passions like golf, ice-skating, meditation, and yoga.

Raj's nurturing approach and genuine enthusiasm make him the perfect coach for new runners looking to embark on their own transformative journey.
